We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team. The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager as it relates to customer service, supporting management and technicians, project administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the administration of projects from the pre-construction stage to closeout
- Attend project meetings, record meeting notes, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project deliverables/decisions
- Prepare project documents including invoices and purchase orders
- Assists in the preparation of the job start-up and close-out checklists
- Maintain project files
- Multitasking and being involved with multiple projects at the same time
- Perform various project administration tasks, including coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, communicating with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Provide timely progress reports to Project Manager and upper management as requested
- Order materials, disposal, and other project resources as needed
- Facilitating Time and Material Invoice procedures on a monthly basis
- Responsible for all travel, accommodation and expenses related to project needs
- Assemble quality and safety reports from the labor force in the field
- Build and maintain all related project SOP documents
- Build on and help implement policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Extremely organized and self-motivated
- 3-5 years’ experience in Production Coordinating or Production Management
- Experience in Construction Production Management/Coordination
- Must be available after hours for Emergency calls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $62,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
