**This position requires full bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.**
**Position Summary**
We are looking for a meticulous, curious, and proactive **Data Entry Specialist** to join our team. If you're comfortable using Excel, enjoy organizing information, and are motivated by quality work, this position is for you
**Your Main Responsibilities**
Under the supervision of the National Projects and Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in the complete configuration of our system and the accurate management of data.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Creating and managing data tables with precision
- Identifying relevant information from various sources
- Verifying, correcting, and structuring data to ensure reliability
- Entering data into internal systems and databases
- Performing data audits and updates
- Responding to internal data research or extraction requests
- Ensuring regular data backups and security
- Contributing to various administrative tasks related to projects

**Requirements**:
- High school diploma required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (an asset)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a distribution or light manufacturing environment (an asset)
- Excellent command of English; bilingualism (French/English) is highly desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction sector (an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams (assets)
