**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused **Desktop Support Analyst** to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will play a key role in maintaining optimal system performance and ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Active Directory and other directory services.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and workflows in a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and recovery.
- Coordinate with other IT staff to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system security and reliability.
- Participate in IT asset inventory management and software license tracking.
- Support audiovisual setups for meetings and presentations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise software tools.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, ITIL) are a plus.

**Working Conditions**
- Office environment with occasional need for physical activity (e.g., lifting computers or monitors up to 30 lbs).
- May require occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical updates or system outages.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components.
- Occasional inspection of cables in floors and ceilings.
