Overhead Door Installer/technician

Prince Albert, Canada Steel-Craft Door Sales & Service Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, service, and repair overhead doors and door hardware, including torsion, track, rollers, openers, etc.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with door systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service on site.
- Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Complete work orders, inspection reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in overhead door installation and repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical components.
- Comfortable working at heights and with power tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Driver's abstract required.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
