Franks Railway Services, a subcontractor for the railroad, is seeking Groundskeeper/General Labour for the Summer/Fall. Full Time Days 8am-4pm or 9 am - 5 pm. Occasional weekend may be required. Some lawn maintenance knowledge and experience will be viewed favourably.

A valid driver's license and a clean criminal background check is required of the applicants.

Our Groundskeeper will be responsible for the lawn maintenance of a large area. Your main duties are cutting and maintaining the healthy growth of grass and plants. and keeping the grounds clean and well-manicured.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Cutting grass regularly
- Weed control-week whacking.
- Watering plants and lawn as needed.
- Using and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, clippers, and blowers, among others
- Pick up litter on and around the grounds

FRS Rail takes safety very seriously and we provide the following PPE: hardhat, safety glasses and gloves. Employees are responsible for safety boots, and they must be above the ankle with eight holes in total.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3-5 months

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
