The Rafat Organization is growing rapidly and so is our need to develop the next generation of skilled construction labourers & leaders. We seek **Construction Labourers **experienced in civil-related trades including general carpenter, formwork carpentry, concrete labourer / finisher, asphalt paving, landscape construction, etc.

The jobs are physically demanding and your responsibilities will depend on your previous skills, experience or trade. We welcome those who have worked on outdoor construction sites. You will need reliable transportation such as a car/truck to get to our Bolton yard, or many other yards and construction sites of ours. public transportation is not available in many locations.
- You will most likely have seen our red and gr_een branded trucks on the roads of the Greater Toronto Area. Services include excavation, demolition, site remediation, concrete forming/foundations, road construction, site servicing, waste management and landscaping.
