**Job Scope**: As the Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensure excellent delivery service, effective use of available resources, and develop goals to maintain sales performance. Your leadership is responsible for the success of the branch’s operations, sales, and customer service teams, to achieve market leadership while adhering to safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branch Operations Management**: Ensure smooth daily operations, develop operational strategies, and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Leadership and Management**: Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff across various departments to ensure high performance, professional growth, and alignment with company goals.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Drive the branch’s sales initiatives, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and build strong, lasting relationships with key customers.
- **Customer Service and Relationship Management**: Oversee the customer service processes, ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved effectively and customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.
- **Financial Management**: Manage the branch’s budget, control expenses, and ensure the financial health of the branch through strategic fiscal management.
- **Reporting and Communication**: Maintain clear lines of communication with corporate headquarters and provide regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required
- 1-5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in the service or rental industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, & Teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams across different functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and corporate management effectively
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at a time

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and performance management
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth
- Hard-working and motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn
- Strong attention to detail

**Working conditions**:

- Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day
- Required to lift up to 35 kg
- Work in a loud or noisy environment
