About the Opportunity We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We are currently hiring for a Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor to join our team. The following requirements are non negotiable. **Payrate**: $28 - $38 depending on experience **Requirements**: - Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract - Minimum 3-5 years carpentry experience - Your own hand tools (specialty tools will be provided) - Ability to properly read a tape measure - Capability of lifting 80+ lbs - Good organization and time management skills - Understanding of roof pitch/trusses, load bearing walls & support systems **Responsibilities**: - Building decks, fences, pergolas, as well as framing for concrete - Collaborate with PM's to ensure proper project execution - Work with other divisions within the company to complete projects - Read blueprints and site plans This is a very involved position, therefore we are looking for an "A" game player.
