About the Opportunity
We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We are currently hiring for a softscape crew lead to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support
- Complete a variety of landscaping tasks including grading and sodding
- Lead and follow customers' landscape design, construction and installation
- Collaborate with PM's to ensure proper project execution
- Conduct daily inspection reports through SiteDocs
- Train and mentor crew members
- Provide daily project updates and progress reports
- Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day
**Requirements**:
- Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract
- Minimum 2 years softscaping experience
- Good organization and time management skills
