We are seeking an experienced solar installer willing to work throughout the province of Nova Scotia installing solar PV systems. Carpentry or construction experience will also be considered. **What we Offer**: - Profit Sharing Program - Competitive wages - Active Lifestyle Program - Medical / Dental / Vision - Provide training, tooling and PPE - Fun and positive environment in a growing and exciting industry - Company events - Have a valid driver's license - Be willing to do to manual labor - climbing, kneeling, able to lift at least 50lbs. - Be able to work outside in various weather conditions - Be able to work comfortably and safely from heights (300 ft or more) - Fall Arrest and forklift certification are preferred but can be provided - Have experience in a related field such as carpentry or construction - Have experience driving while towing a trailer (20 ft) - Have experience working with heavy equipment, excavator, etc. (preferred) - Have the willingness to learn, travel, and work flexible hours such as overtime, evenings, and weekends. - Have a passport if necessary - Have a "can do" and positive attitude **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company car - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Discounted or free food - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Profit sharing - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Dartmouth, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Are you currently located in Nova Scotia?
