Product Marketing Manager

As the Product Marketing Manager at MAKA Power, you are the linchpin between our market intelligence, brand strategy, and sales performance. Your mission is to drive product-market fit, accelerate adoption of our Whole Product Offering (WPO), and create a magnetic pull from our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). You’ll report directly to the CEO during the initial strategy phase, transitioning to the CRO for field mobilization.
**5 Key Roles**
- Bring the Whole Product Offering (WPO) to Market Drive WPO adoption and ensure seamless delivery across marketing, sales, and distribution channels.
- Drive Go-to-Market Execution own and execute the full GTM strategy, from ICP development to field training, pricing, and messaging.
- Own Market Intelligence & Strategy Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to define the Market Requirements Document (MRD).
- Lead Product Evangelism & Communication Position MAKA Power as an industry leader through strategic communications, sales enablement, and external representation.
- Champion Field Engagement & Sales Enablement Support and educate Sales/KAM teams in executing the WPO strategy, shortening the sales cycle, and maximizing order value and account penetration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning & Market Research**
Own the WPO strategy to drive sales and market share.
Conduct SWOT analysis, competitive benchmarking, and deep-dive market research.
Engage in continuous beachhead customer interviews to refine product-market alignment.
Identify and validate new opportunities to expand into adjacent segments.
**2. Go-to-Market & Product Launch**
Develop GTM playbooks with pricing strategies aligned to the product lifecycle.
Lead the creation of the MRD and support the internal Product Manager in developing the FRD (Functional Requirements Document).
Optimize website content, sales collateral, case studies, testimonials, and training materials to align with the WPO’s CRTB (Compelling Reason to Buy).
**3. Sales Enablement & Field Support**
Build geo-targeted decks and toolkits for Key Account Managers (KAMs).
Deliver sales training around DITL (Day in the Life) storytelling, ROI validation, and segment-specific messaging.
Align with the Sales team (Triad structure: KAM, PM, IMM) to shorten sales cycles, increase deal size, and improve close rates.
**4. MarCom and Demand Generation**
Architect the marketing communications strategy across owned, earned, and paid media.
Oversee advertising, public relations, and conference participation to generate SQLs.
Ensure messaging is lifecycle-appropriate, particularly focused on early and mainstream adopters.
**5. Product Thought Leadership**
Represent MAKA Power at industry panels, speaking events, and partner showcases.
Develop earned media and content that positions MAKA Power as a domain authority.
Drive strategic partner trust and become a respected voice among stakeholders.

Pay: $56,585.34-$100,000.00 per year
