We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Clerk at our Richmond Hill facility. You will be accountable for maintaining manufacturing records, creating trend charts and summarizing performance indices related to the manufacturing department. O

Job Responsibilities:

- co-ordinate the efficient flow of departmental forms and documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, approvals and proper record-keeping
- review, code and scan batch records
- perform trend analysis on yield for product sterilization a and inspection
- prepare and generate reports ie.: monthly TOC, environmental, water usage trends, solution trends, equipment related
- gather finished goods inventory cards, review for completeness and accuracy, update as needed
- perform daily, weekly and monthly GMP cleaning and 5S in work areas
- additional duties as assigned to contribute to manufacturing team and achieve department goals and objectives
Required Qualifications:

- College Diploma-related to production, quality control or logistics
- 1-2 years of experience in a GMP/GLP or ISO manufacturing environment in production, inventory control or logistics
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- excellent attention to details
- strong Microsoft Office skills
