The Role

We are seeking a Salon Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and driven by results. This role is not about sitting at the front desk—it’s about leading the team, elevating client experience, and driving growth. You will oversee stylists, support staff, and bridal operations to ensure the salon runs seamlessly and profitably at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Team & Operations
- Set and track daily/weekly booking and revenue goals.
- Hold stylists accountable for timing, service standards, and upselling.
- Coordinate schedules, daily check-ins, and team productivity.

Client Experience
- Ensure every client receives a luxury-level service from inquiry to follow-up.
- Oversee calls, messages, and follow-ups to maximize retention.
- Maintain salon environment and uphold brand standards at all times.

Bridal Division
- Manage bridal inquiries, contracts, payments, and stylist assignments.
- Support team logistics for both in-salon and on-location bridal events.

Business Operations
- Oversee retail inventory, product orders, and vendor relationships.
- Support payroll coordination and ensure schedules/appointments are accurate.
- Generate weekly reports on bookings, retail, and stylist performance.
