Tool and Die Apprentice

The Max Die Group is a world class tooling company, with three facilities located in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Focused on large panel tooling such as production Floor Pan Dies, for which we are well known throughout the stamping industry. Max Die Group also has extensive experience & knowledge in Hot Stamp Die process, Dies for Parts needing Ultra High Strength steels, Rapid Prototype, Die Maintenance and Repair, Machining, Design, Press Tryout and Low Volume/Temporary production. Max Die Group provides a safe and rewarding work environment that supports the delivery of quality tools and service on time to our customers.

We are looking for motivated individuals for our in house 4-year **Tool and Die Apprenticeship** training program.

- Attending St. Clair college classes
- Self-motivated, take initiative, teamwork, understanding company values

- Maintain & improve housekeeping within work area
- Other duties assigned by the management team

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Grade 12 diploma**:

- **Driver’s license and access to a reliable means of transportation**:

- **Good attendance record**:

- **Self-starter, demonstrates initiative**:

- **Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team, as well as independently**:

- **Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting attributes**
