**About The Job**:
We are looking for a **Technical Product Specialist **to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Canadian Sales Manager, the Technical Product Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, customer service as well as industry partners, distributors, end-users, and engineering and contracting firms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to and being the main point of contact for technical inquires
- Working closely with various personnel to identify, plan, and develop technical and training needs
- Collaborating with and supporting the company’s sales team and assisting in developing sales presentations
- Contributing to provide pertinent marketing and technical materials, literature, and other information
- Providing ongoing support and product-related training
- Attending joint call activities with Sales Managers
- Supporting and attending marketing and sales initiatives at tradeshows and at industry and customer events

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal n communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, French would be a definite asset
- Strong ability to assess client needs and effectively communicate key information and solutions
