We're hiring
We're currently looking for a Junior IT Support Administrator/Technician.

Cloud Wiz was established in 2016. We provide cloud and managed services across Canada and Northern USA. Our services include VoIP, cloud servers, cloud backup, cloud storage and IT managed services. We’re located in downtown Toronto. We’re a Microsoft, Lenovo, Dell and Cisco partner.

Who we are looking for:
An IT Support Administrator with the following skill set.
- Installation and troubleshooting of problems in Windows 10
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Suite
- Setup and troubleshooting of local and network printers
- Basic Office365 administration - Password resets and account setups
- Knowledge of iPhone and Android
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
- Experience with ticket based support help desk
- Must have excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
- Capable of using power tools to mount and setup hardware
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a car
- Willingness to learn new skills

Additional assets include:

- VoIP knowledge
- Cloud experience
- VPN knowledge
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
- Mac OS support

What you’ll be doing:

- Troubleshoot and resolve user technical issues (remote and on-site)
- Manage technical support related issues via ticketing system
- Support, patch, configure and setup PC’s
- On-support and troubleshooting
- New hardware installation
- Complete maintenance check-lists on client systems
- Monitor backup reports
- Keep activity log
- Occasional evening and weekends (rare)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
