Full-time Supervisor/visual Merchandiser

This position is a **full-time** supervisor/visual merchandiser role located in our **Vancouver - Kitsilano **retail store and reports to the store manager.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Our store's supervisors support in managing the day-to-day operations and guest experience. This position ensures that the retail store achieves its metrics within the four directions of our company's guiding compass; Nature, Economy, Society and Well-being. The position is also responsible for supporting visual merchandising within the store. Responsibilities for this position include:

- Ensure that our products are presented in an appealing and compelling way to our users
- Facilitate the implementation of Visual Merchandising programs for categories, collections, brand, or seasonal initiatives
- Manage the In-store implementation of the Visual Merchandising standards
- Be responsible for the initiative campaigns installation and correct signage communication
- Localize and style mannequins to attract customers with locally relevant outfits
- Take action on the tasks related to the VM function
- Assist with managing day-to-day operations
- Help our customers through education, demonstration, and world-class listening and communication skills
- Act as an ambassador for our brand and our values
- Run a cash register, including opening and closing duties
- Assist customers in making purchases and processing orders
- Communicate with your team to make sure we deliver great customer service
- Stock retail products and assist with order deliveries
- Help keep the store looking great with some light cleaning duties
