**The impact you'll make**:
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Visual Merchandising, the Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for bringing our brand, campaign and product stories to life in Saje’s Retail and third-party retail environments. This role informs the strategy and drives the execution of visual planograms, fixturing and displays to optimize the product, price, placement and promotion of Saje’s iconic assortment.

The Visual Merchandising Manager is embedded within the Retail Leadership team and is a close cross-functional partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations and Finance. The impact of the Visual Merchandising Manager is to drive conversion and sell-through of our SKUs through VM and synergistically with our overall brand and commercial strategy.

**What you'll do**:
Visual Merchandising Planograms:

- Translate the vision of Product and Marketing into clear, simple and actionable planograms for campaigns, launches, and seasonal programs in both Own and Partner Retail.
- Localize and adapt planograms to meet individual store needs, and provide the basis for continuous improvement with each new directive.
- Actively drive a closed-loop process to receive feedback from stores regarding merchandising effectiveness, to eliminate barriers and scale successes.

Fixturing & Displays:

- Contribute the thought leadership required to ensure all product displays are world class and set Saje apart in the area of visual merchandising and store experience.
- Ideate on and contribute to the sourcing of fixturing, propping and signage displays that enhance customer experience and grow conversion.

Reporting & Budgeting:

- Analyze sales results and rationalize all in-store product placements in partnership with the product, marketing and retail teams.
- Provide structure, manage timelines and budgets for all store visual activity.

Retail Strategy:

- Aid in the annual planning and budget process for the visual merchandising department.
- Communicate cross-functionally with all business partners to ensure maximum understanding, buy-in and commitment to maintaining the Saje Community Member Experience

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Previous experience in a Visual Merchandising role, within a support office/head office.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles (product, price, placement, promotion).
- Proficiency in visual merchandising software and digital planograms (e.g., MockShop, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
- Proven experience in developing and executing planograms, fixturing, and in-store displays.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience with budget management and project timelines.
- Ability to translate brand and marketing strategies into compelling in-store experiences.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling.
- Innovative thinking in fixturing and display ideation to enhance customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and drive results independently.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

The compensation range on average for this position is from $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
