The Project Officer Technical (Junior Project Manager) will report to the Project Manager and provide support through all phases of the project and to support the Healthcare Redevelopment infrastructure projects through:

- Supporting the Project Managers through all phases of a project's development and implementation by providing general updates on project status, scheduling, project management, office functions etc.
- Preparing for and attending at various Project meetings including Senior Management meetings to provide general updates on project status, scheduling, project management office functions, etc.
- Coordinating training and implementation of new project management tools, such as new forms, templates and software such as BIM 360 and Procore.
- Assisting the project teams in developing, reviewing, analysing and reporting on project schedules.
- Reviewing and monitoring the Construction Managers' Quality Process
- Monitoring Construction Managers' Risk Management Process
- Assisting Project Managers in development and maintenance of risk analysis and contingency planning
- Assisting with Financial Reporting and tracking activities
- Coordinating the issuance of tender packages with the Construction manager, project team and NS Procurement.
- Creating summary documents and presentations by collecting and consolidating technical information into easy-to-understand pictographic presentations for diverse audiences.
- Meeting scheduling, note taking, other general office task as required.
