As a **Technical Project Manager**, you have a history of delivering web based projects where you worked closely with development teams and Content Management Systems (Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe AEM, etc). You understand web development and you're excited about where web technologies will go next. To excel in this role, you will partner your project management, business analysis skills, web technology experience, and your consultative communication skills to be the big picture visionary who sees our innovative web solutions through to delivery.

**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with all VERB Internal departments on key projects and process efficiency including, Discovery, Design, Marketing, Development, QA, and IT Operations
- Define and prioritize requirements for web projects using various needs analysis techniques
- Translate conceptual ideas into technically feasible CMS web solutions
- Write and execute functional test scripts, create test plans, and document results
- Work closely with projects and the Account Directors to ensure total service delivery excellence in meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality assurance
- Act as the project expert/product owner who has an intimate understanding of the entire solution
- Craft requirements documents with technical specifications, functionalities, and/or user stories
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Delivery team
- Act as a client advocate and manage internal communications throughout development cycle
- Design and deliver end-user technical documentation and training
- Document processes and techniques for use on future projects

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least 2 years of experience with project management responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience implementing Agile and scrum project management methodologies
- Experience developing requirements, use cases, user stories, etc
- Experience managing and administering projects in Jira
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of products (Confluence, Jira, BitBucket, etc.)
- Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) within an agency setting (Wordpress and Drupal)
- Experience illustrating information architecture and user interface mechanisms to facilitate client understanding and buy-in
- Knowledge of project delivery processes, including Discover, Definition, Design, Develop, Deploy
- Willingness and attitude to help project teams find workable and pragmatic solutions
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization

Would be an asset:

- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified Scrum Master
- Business Analysis Certificate
- ITIL V3 Foundation
