**What you will do**:

- Manage and maintain internal IT systems and infrastructure.
- Expand Asset Management and IT service desk capabilities at ROBINSON.
- Support CI/CD processes and DevOps requirements, including the administration of Jenkins and other automation tools for a wide portfolio of data integrations.
- Collaborate with business teams to provide technical analysis and solutions as required.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or in a similar role.
- 5-10 years of IT technical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and their administration.
- Experience with data science principles and BI tools (such as Domo) is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, particularly Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Managed Engine solutions (ServiceDesk Plus, Desktop Central, MDM) is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Business Intelligence, AI and Enterprise Reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- ITIL or related ITSM Certification is a plus.
