**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as a service-oriented partner who anticipates client needs and delivers exceptional value.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Prepare, negotiate, and present offers and supply agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and achieving sales forecasts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, finance, and quality control—to communicate client needs, track customer activities, and ensure successful project execution.
- **Strategic Growth**: Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies, track progress, and achieve growth targets while contributing to the company’s overall success.
- **Client & Industry Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners in the agri-food sector.
- **Sales Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate sales activities across internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues while protecting the company’s interests and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Report on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and identify new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Food Science (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or brand management, with a focus on CPG or a related industry.
- **Industry Expertise**: At least 2 years of experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector or a relevant industry, with a deep understanding of the agri-food sector.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Attitude**: Entrepreneurial mindset, with a curious and proactive approach to driving results and executing sales strategies.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight trips and international travel (such as to the USA).
