**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Research prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursue leads and prospective accounts to generate net new business
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with our clients and be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client requests.
- Understand client business challenges, identify opportunities to grow revenue within each client account and proactively develop and communicate strategic account plans.
- Understand the client’s scope of work, collaborate, and communicate effectively to understand all aspects of the client’s requirement
- Ensure that our teams, not limited to Design and Project Management understand the full scope of work, consistently liaise throughout each phase of the project e.g., pricing, concept sign off and the transition from one department to another.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that sales opportunities are properly qualified, prioritized, and closed in a timely manner.
- Lead the negotiation of complex commercial agreements related to new projects
- Operate with integrity, maintaining Envisions sterling reputation of solid design and exceptional product offering.
- Meet and exceed revenue/profit target KPIs for each client account.
- Implement internal process to measure customer satisfaction on each assigned client.
- Maintain internal ERP on a weekly basis with estimated revenue and cost of goods sold.
- Maintain CRM as required with revenue opportunities for each assigned client.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Travel and attend client locations and any other project site as required.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time, in line with role competencies or skillset.
- Work collaboratively with project management to ensure efficient and effective project handover

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role
- Degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive and initiative to take on projects and independently steer them towards completion.
- Proven sales experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with professional written communication, contract negotiation, and pricing.
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and prioritize and time manage accordingly.
- Strong business acumen, and attention to detail.
- Team player mentality with ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
