**Hotel Reservations and Revenue Coordinator**

The reservations & revenue coordinator will provide support and work closely with the Marketing and Revenue Management teams of our group of Hotels on maintenance of revenue systems, real-time analysis and strategy implementation while monitoring and supporting the reservations team. The coordinator will work to optimize room revenue based on inventory, marketing strategies and market analysis daily. The analyst will also help support the reservations team with their day-to-day tasks based on necessity.

**Job duties include but are not limited to**:

- Analysis of market competition, adjusting rates accordingly to maximize revenue
- Predict changes in market based on competitive set and real-time data
- Monitoring of inventory, adjusting rates and availability based on demand
- Monitor booking pace for all markets, assist in creating strategies
- Retrieve/prepare daily Revenue Management reports
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
- Coordinate between management/marketing and front office regarding inventory and short-term sales strategies
- Assist front office during high-volume periods
- Other duties as assigned by the Director

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or Revenue Management program or pursuing completion of such would be an asset
- 1-2 years Previous Reservations, Front Office, Revenue Management, or Analyst experience is required
- Prior experience with mainstream PRM software such as Opera or WebRezPro
- Detailed oriented, extreme accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraint
