Miznon is looking for a charismatic **Shift Lead** to join our team and help us serve up delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You’ll be working across **two exciting locations**—our **existing Yorkville location** and our **upcoming Union Station location**, rotating between the two.

This role blends leadership with hands-on service, helping our staff deliver top-notch experiences for every guest. If you thrive in a high-energy setting and have a passion for great food and exceptional service, we'd love to meet you

**About Miznon**:
**What You'll Do**:

- **Lead by Example**: Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness. Lead by active participation, clear communication, and hands-on help.
- **Shift Leadership**: Supervise and motivate a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service at both locations.
- **Serve with Care**: As a Shift Lead, you’ll also serve tables, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and interact directly with guests to ensure they enjoy a seamless experience.
- **Guest Experience**: Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome, attentive service, and a memorable dining experience, whether they’re dining in Yorkville or Union Station.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer concerns or operational issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring that all situations are handled with care and integrity.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**: Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining an organized work environment at both locations.
- **Team Management & Development**: Work closely with Miznon’s General Manager to manage the FOH team at both locations. Help train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.

- **A People Person**:Personality is key. Must be charismatic, excited about what we’re doing, passionate about service and enjoy meeting others.
- **Hospitality Enthusiast**: Passion for delivering top-tier guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- **A Can-Do Attitude**: Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure while ensuring smooth operations.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team, keep morale high, and maintain a positive work culture across both locations.
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle both front-of-house and back-of-house operations effectively at multiple locations.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to rotate between our Yorkville and Union Station locations.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
