Globe Property Management is looking to hire a collaborative, enthusiastic, idea-driven, and creative person for a Digital Marketing Specialist position. Please see below for details on this exciting opportunity:

Marketing goals include maintaining the brand integrity of Globe Property Management and strategically positioning Globe Property Management as a trusted source. The Marketing team is responsible for helping to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging that speaks to the community at large.

Duties (not limited to)

  • Creation of visual materials, both digital and physical
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive branding strategy
  • Regularly pitch new marketing ideas
  • Devising marketing campaigns
  • Providing reports based on available metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • University Major in Marketing, Creative Communications, Journalism or equivalent.
  • Some level of experience in the private sector including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing, and some public relations.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with social media posting and advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe creative programs, and Google Ads will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team Player
  • Must have own vehicle

Working Conditions

  • Some travel is required (within Winnipeg).
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
