**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Social media strategy and planning, content creation, and execution including community management
- Support and track paid campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and partnerships with retailers and influencers
- Assist with maintenance of digital assets (website, eblasts, directory)
- Keep an always-on pulse on social media, events, and programming of competing and aspirational properties and brands
- Provide day-to-day design support using Adobe Creative Suites to conceptualize digital campaigns, marketing materials, visual presentations, and ongoing communications
- Retailer support and communication including ensuring consistency of image/brand is maintained throughout the Centre
- Support in the execution of promotions, programming, events, retail collaboration, and community engagement (Presence at onsite Events is required and will be outside of regular office hours including some weekends & evenings)
- Support day-to-day administrative duties where needed

**Qualifications**

**_Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities_**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs
- Strong social media skills and experience with social media management tools (Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to foster relationships with customers, team members, retailers, vendors and community partners
- Problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Organized and able to complete tasks with efficiency

**_Required Training and Experience_**
- Currently in or have completed post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business

**Working Conditions**
- This is a fixed-term internship position for 8 months.

Salary Range: $21-25/hour
