Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Commercial Property Manager based in Burnaby, BC. The Senior Commercial Property Manager will oversee day-to-day management of commercial properties, including lease administration, handling tenant inquiries and relations, and ensuring properties are well-maintained. Additional responsibilities include coordinating property operations, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, conducting lease negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve client goals while maximizing property value.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lease Administration, Leases, and Lease Negotiations to effectively manage property tenancy agreements and terms.
- Experience in Property Management with a strong understanding of operational, financial, and tenant-related aspects.
- Excellent Communication skills for fostering positive relationships with clients, tenants, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to balance multiple responsibilities and efficiently address complex property management challenges.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and proactively develop strategies for maximizing property performance.
- Background in managing commercial properties in a professional capacity, preferably in office, industrial, or retail spaces.
- Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with property management software systems and tools is an asset.
