**Manager - Inclusion & Diversity [Stakeholder Support]**:
We are building a team of passionate and driven inclusion, diversity, and equity professionals who will help shape, support, and drive the inclusion and diversity (I&D) strategy at Rogers. We are looking for three roles: one Sr. Manager and two Manager roles.

The Manager role will lead I&D council governance, provide support to the I&D council, diversity groups, regional teams, and BUs to help drive continued progress on I&D, and lead I&D Budget vendor management files. This role will report directly to Senior Manager, I&D [Stakeholder Support], and dotted line to the Director, I&D.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support diversity groups (ERGs, Networks, and Communities) and ensure their plans are aligned to the I&D strategy
- Collaborate with Business units, Regional teams, and HRBPs to support the build of Business unit I&D plans and provide an organizational-level consolidated view of progress
- Operationalize the implementation and ongoing improvement of I&D governance and processes
- Support the cadence of various I&D council and related stakeholder groups meetings to have effective discussions via agenda setting, leader prep and briefings, content prep, and alignment with key stakeholders
- Partner with key stakeholders in Finance and diversity groups to support I&D financials with budget and forecast management and support vendor management as needed
- Understand best practices and external and competitor market trends concerning Inclusion & Diversity and how they could translate to meaningful initiatives for Rogers
- Stay current with government decisions/policies, social, political, and economic events that could impact I&D Strategy and diversity groups at Rogers

**What you will bring**:

- Experience working in diversity, equity, and inclusion with demonstrated awareness of all facets of DEI
- Fundamental knowledge of DEI principles and broad understanding of the unique needs of equity deserving groups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate at/across all levels (incl. with senior executives)
- Proven ability in project management and working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recommend and make data-driven and consensus-based decisions
- Experience in HR would be an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
