**As our new Assistant General Manager, you will**:

- Hold a certificate of Long Term Care Organization and Management or similar qualification as approved by the Ministry of Health.
- Meet the requirements of the Nursing Home Act and Regulations.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Have proven ability to work with Collective Agreements and resolve personal issues.
- Be mature, enthusiastic and motivated to meet the needs of geriatric people.
- Have experience and ability in problem analysis and solving.
- Willingness to upgrade and maintain personal and educational qualifications as required by the changing demands of the job.

**It would be an asset if our new Assistant General Manager has**:

- Proven the ability to be adaptable and flexible and accommodate a diverse set of individual needs
- Have previous experience in organization and planning and ability to delegate responsibilities.
- Knowledge and experience as a leader in Retirement Living, Program Standard Manual requirements, and the Resident Bill of Rights
- Knowledge and experience in operational fiscal management
