**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct effective negotiations to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that address client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions.
- Engage in technical sales activities, demonstrating product features and benefits to clients.
- Conduct business development activities within assigned territories or industries, including B2B sales efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, marketing strategies, and technology sales environments.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable for serving diverse markets.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $79,594.04-$84,355.23 per year
