**ROLE SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Accounts Receivable (AR)**:
- Generate and issue customer invoices based on contracts and deliverables.
- Work closely with PM team on project invoicing to include contract and change order billings
- Monitor receivables aging reports and ensure timely collection.
- Resolve billing disputes to ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Prepare weekly report of AR and expected payments from customers.
**Accounts Payable (AP)**:
- Verify, code, and process supplier invoices.
- Process subcontractor invoices based on sub-contract and approvals from PM team.
- Prepare payments and manage vendor relations.
- Reconcile AP and expenses ledgers, in ERP and accounting systems.
**Payroll Processing**:
- Collect and validate employee time tracking in ERP system.
- Process payroll in line with local tax and labor regulations.
- Process accurate and timely payroll remittances.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
- Assist with statutory filings and year-end payroll reconciliations.
**General Accounting**:
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements.
**Project Accounting**:
- Track, allocate, and report on project-related costs (labor, materials).
- Prepare periodic cost reports and assist in forecasting project expenses.
- Ensure costs are properly coded and aligned with project budgets.
- Support project close out, ensuring complete billing and cost recognition.
**Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement**
- Work diligently to support and embrace quality control initiatives, aiming to achieve the highest standard and following best practices
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and learning

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
