A visionary who can understand ‘the big picture’ and exercise good business judgment to achieve account profitability and sales targets.

**What we want**:

- Manage a team of (approx. 8) e-commerce professionals and external freelancers to launch new products and improve our existing online presence
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence and creating a high performing team through coaching, mentoring, performance management and competence development
- Overseeing employee performance within the team, monitoring KPI's as well as ensuring both individual employee and company goals are met
- Lead the ecommerce team to ensure our product launches are successful and on time
- Implement strategies in order to improve sales rank, reviews, feedback on Amazon and other Marketplaces
- Identify and implement short and long term objectives and key results to improve efficiency within the team
- Manage all team members for new product launches and develop strategies to drive traffic and conversions for new launch success
- Manage our digital marketing professional to develop the keyword content strategy to conform with SEO SEM and PPC.
- Build an implement an FBA strategy in conjuction with FBS
- Develop ongoing online strategies to improve our marketplace health, brand awareness and drive overall sales revenue
- Review and analyze the current strategy on our website, Amazon, eBay, Walmart and implement improvements by managing the team to achieve end result
- Present new opportunities to the president with strategies driving ecommerce with a clear vision and roadmap for future growth whether online, wholesale, or brick and mortar.

**Who you are**:

- 6+ years of work experience, with considerable experience in a global ecommerce, fulfillment, distribution and analytic/strategy management.
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Magento and other Marketplaces
- Create a positive and energetic culture within our team
- Prior expertise of directing large E-commerce teams to successful completion
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to deal with complicated and detailed data to drive insights and decisions.
- Ability to effectively implement eCommerce sales and marketing strategies
- Passion to drive top line growth through marketing, analytics, and multi-channel leverage
- Takes pride in being innovative, driven, and forward thinking
