FDM est à la recherche d’un adjoint ou une adjointe ,aux services de postnégociation (revenu fixe) qui travaillera à Montréal pour le compte de notre client dans le secteur des services financiers. La durée initiale du poste est de 12 mois. Le ou la titulaire travaillera selon un modèle hybride avec exigence de se présenter au bureau de Montréal quatre jours par semaine.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Fournir aux utilisateurs du monde entier un soutien fonctionnel et technique relatif aux systèmes pertinents en effectuant les tâches suivantes : (liste non exhaustive)
- Gérer les données statiques (contreparties, devises, etc.)
- Assurer l’administration des plateformes en ce qui a trait aux fournisseurs de systèmes internes et externes
- Gérer les enjeux liés au traitement direct
- Prendre en main la gestion des incidents
- Gérer les relations avec la clientèle en interagissant directement avec les utilisateurs internes et externes des systèmes
- Établir de bonnes relations avec les services (salle des marchés, suivi des marchés/gestion des risques, service post-marché), faire le suivi des relations avec les tiers, gérer ou aider les membres de l’équipe (analystes commerciaux ou techniques)
- Assurer la liaison avec les utilisateurs et les développeurs
- Traiter les nouvelles versions de façon autonome
- Travailler de concert avec l’équipe responsable ou de façon autonome au besoin et assumer le rôle de gestionnaire de projet ou collaborer avec un gestionnaire de projet : (liste non exhaustive)

FDM is seeking Post Trade Support (Fixed Income) in Montreal to work for our client within the financial services sector. This role is initially for 12 months and will be hybrid with requirements to be in the Montreal office 4 days per week.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing functional and technical support around the relevant systems to users worldwide by (not exhaustive)
- Static data management (Counterparties, Currencies etc)
- Ensure platforms admin in relation with system providers, both internal and external.
- Dealing with STP (straight thru processing) issues.
- Incident Management
- Manage customer relations when dealing directly with both internal and external users of the systems.
- Develop good relations with the business (FO, MO/Risk, BO), follow relationship with third parties, manage / assist members of team (business or technical analysts)
- Liaise with users and developers.
- Capable of handling releases autonomously
- Working both within the team responsible, or alone when requested, to act as, or in conjunction with a specific project manager:
- (non-exhaustive)
- Building of project plans
- Assisting in the completion and timely delivery of projects
- Testing, including writing test scripts, for new releases.
