Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Purchase Orders for company purchases including local and foreign purchases.
- Working with the sales representatives for fresh fish purchases on weekly basis.
- Fresh Salmon Purchases on weekly basis.
- Receiving inventory, reviewing and posting the purchase orders.
- Creating the daily transfer orders and submitting to the third party warehouse before the deadline to instruct the items to be released for pick-up or shipping. It is important to select the correct item code, location code.
- Reviewing the sales orders for correct item, price, and available inventory and to post the sales orders.
- Coordinating vendor product claims and negotiating credits for the fresh fish purchases whenever required.
- Reviewing and disputing the warehouse storage invoices on weekly basis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Proficient in MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
- Proactive and well organized with good analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving and decision-making.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented and efficient.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
