**The Superstar**:
**Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Warehouse**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including storage, picking, and dispatching.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and arrange inventory for trade shows.
- Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and rotation of inventory (FIFO, LIFO, or FEFO).
- Test electronic equipment as required (training provided).
- Manage packaging, shipping, receiving, and scheduling deliveries.
- Coordinate and assist with client service calls.
- Implement Lean, 5S, and best warehouse practices to optimize space and workflow.

**Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization**:

- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance inbound and outbound efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation carriers for seamless operations.
- Monitor freight costs, delivery schedules, and carrier performance to reduce expenses.
- Oversee import/export processes to ensure compliance with customs and regulations.
- Other duties as required._

**Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems preferred.

**Technical & Soft Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Experience in inventory tracking, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Inventory Accuracy**: Maintain high levels of stock integrity.
- **Order Fulfillment Rate**: Ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
- **Warehouse Efficiency**: Optimize order processing times and workflow.
- **Cost Reduction**: Lower logistics and inventory carrying costs.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a zero-accident record and full OSHA compliance.
