Job description:

Job title: Inventory Coordinator – Driving Accuracy, Efficiency, and Quality in Manufacturing Operations.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory operations and support production activities. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient material flow, and alignment with production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deliveries, shipments, and product levels to streamline inventory control procedures.
  • Utilize inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
  • Verify quality of the components to ensure the components are as per specifications and outlined requirements.
  • Report quality issues and provide recommended corrective actions.
  • Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate shortages or disruptions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet inventory and production goals.
  • Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures in inventory management.
  • Handle shipping/receiving processes.
  • Stage components for the Assembly Team.
  • Inventory integration with ERP Systems.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read production drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and blueprints.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Location:

Our headquarters is based in Concord, Ontario. A hub for advanced manufacturing with access to urban amenities, close to highway 400 and 407. There is free parking available on-site. Our facility is clean with great lighting, fostering innovation and collaboration
