We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team of humble "misfits that fit". **ABOUT THE ROLE** Procurify is looking for an outgoing, and data focused person wo is passionate about end to end customer experience. You are a person with a knack for details, and you're motivated by helping our customers achieve the best version of themselves. Everyone at Procurify is a team player. A big part of this role involves building rapport with customers and other external vendors. We're seeking entrepreneurial people who are willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to larger strategic objectives. **What you'll be working on** - Set up, maintain, and reconcile customer accounts & issue invoices - Review contracts for new deals, expansions, contractions, and renewals & adjust invoices accordingly - Assist customers with account inquiries - Prepare financial statements on weekly & monthly basis (ie: AR Aging report & Monthly Closed report) - Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to resolve any outstanding customer issues and continuously improve internal process - Support the accounting team on month-end accounting duties - Other related duties as assigned **Who we're looking for** - 2+ years of relevant and progressive AR experience - Experience in the software/technology industry is an asset - Experience in recurring billing schedules and adjustments with complex account reconciliations - Ability to conduct timely collection of accounts while maintaining superior customer relationships - Proficient in Excel and experience with accounting systems (i.e. XERO, Quickbooks) **WHY PROCURIFY?** **We're committed to helping mission-driven organizations spend smarter** We empower mission-driven organizations around the world - across industries like biotechnology, education, health care, manufacturing, and software - to achieve their goals by making their money go further.
