Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in diverse and stimulating projects, making a significant impact within our dynamic startup environment.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind CarDoor’s digital marketing campaigns and optimization strategies. You’ll focus on acquiring customers through paid media, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring ROI-driven growth across all channels. In our dynamic startup environment, adaptability and a hands-on approach are key. Here are some of your key responsibilities:
**Campaign Strategy & Management**:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels

Conduct keyword research, ad copy, and A/B testing to enhance performance.

Manage budgets to maximize ROI while ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

**Performance Analysis**:
Monitor performance metrics, create detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.

**Budget Optimization**:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and value for each campaign dollar.

**A/B Testing**:
Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

**Audience Targeting**:
Leverage platform tools to build and optimize custom and lookalike audiences.

Continuously refine targeting to ensure the right audience engagement.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with brand goals.

**Growth Strategy**:
Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and explore new channels for customer acquisition and retention.

**Tools & Technology**:
Leverage marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance platforms to track and optimize efforts.

**Stay Current**:
Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain CarDoor’s competitive edge.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A results-driven marketer with 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Expertise in campaign management across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and performance attribution models.

Pay: $65,000.00-$115,090.79 per year
