**We are hiring for Full-time and Part-time Optical Associates for our Surrey location.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Use company tools to build clientele and achieve sales goals
- Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm and sincere manner
- Go above and beyond the customer's initial requests and assist in fulfilling his/her needs by recommending the best eyewear
- Meet and surpass personal targeted goals through promoting merchandise, effective use of selling skills

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment
- High school diploma required
- Strong mathematical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Must be well groomed with the appropriate attire
- Knowledge of a second language would be considered an asset
- Experience with luxury products would be considered an asset
- Compensation commensurate with experience
- Must be available to work on weekend
