High River Toyota is growing to soon become **Okotoks Toyota**in early 2026. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the success of High River Toyota and our future store by maintaining efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction**.**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in technology sales.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, analyzing data, and generating reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to improve overall effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
