**COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER**

Devon is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Maintenance Manager to join our dedicated team of property management professionals. This role is responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair activities to ensure assigned commercial properties are maintained to the highest standard. This includes performing hands-on preventative maintenance, supervising contractors, and ensuring both tenants and building owners are satisfied kept apprised of maintenance issues and activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in daily inspections of building(s) and implement repairs and property improvements in consultation with managers and owners.
- Carry out preventative maintenance duties including general maintenance and repair of common areas both inside and outside of the properties.
- Pro-actively maintain all equipment/systems to ensure systems are running safely and efficiently.
- Supervise contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing are completed safely and to required specifications.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of all tenant requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in building maintenance and/or trades, and solid general maintenance and repair capabilities.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen to others, collaborate and resolve conflict.
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
- Energetic, responsive team player with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
