The _Canalta Group of Companies_ _is a privately held, Canadian owned company focusing on the manufacturing and service of industrial control and measurement equipment, specifically targeting the gas industry, and supplying product internationally. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist at our head office in Red Deer, Alberta.

**What will you do?**
- Work on site in Red Deer, AB Canada
- Develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to create and increase brand awareness
- Develop concepts and content including, but not limited to sales materials, advertisements, brochures and on-line content
- Build and manage social media platforms with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- On hand participate in preparing, attending and organizing company events
- Manage external services SEO contract along with Google analytics recording and management
- Some travel as needed

**What do you need?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills
- Experience with graphic and web design
- Familiar with SEO, PPC, remarketing functions
- 2 - 3 years marketing experience
- Practiced and professional writing skills
- Excellent MS Office computer skills
- Graphic, promotion and website development skills
