Contribute to complex Human Resources (HR) projects supporting Human Resources Business Partners and the Respectful Workplace team by coordinating HR programs and procedures, by conducting research and creating presentations on key metrics, including analysis of current and historical trends.
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and research on current industry next practices.
- Support the Total Rewards program development by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data.
- Conduct market and industry research on topics such as job evaluations, compensation reviews, and competitor analysis.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Content Server, and Microsoft Teams is an asset.
- Excellent research, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with tact, diplomacy and integrity.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning is beneficial for success in this position.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
