Customer Service Representative

As the first point of contact with our Members, the **Customer Service Representative **is a critical part of the FBC team. They demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provide exceptional customer service to FBC Members.

**Please note that this position will report directly in person to our Kelowna, BC branch office.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members
- Collaborate with other team members/departments to manage and exceed Member expectations
- Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education and Experience**
- 2+ years of front-line customer service experience
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
- An aptitude for learning
- Superior organizational skills
- Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
- A working knowledge of MS Office
