We have an immediate opening for a Full time **Customer Service Representative/** **Dispatch at our Penticton, BC** - ** Base salary plus incentives**: - ** Full time**: - ** Comprehensive benefits, including RRSP matching** **Key tasks**: - Serve as a single point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing) - Serve visitors by greeting and assisting them or directing them to the appropriate party - Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer - Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls - Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints - Schedule and coordinate multiple residential and commercial waste collection, involving different lines of business - Coordinates drivers according to customer requests and company rules - Communicates with customers to determine driver needs - Schedules and notifies divers of assignments - Monitor drivers’ progress to ensure daily pick-ups are completed - Resolves issues that impede progress. **Requirements**: - 2-3 years of customer service/office admin experience - High-volume call center or inbound calling experience - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX - Strong written and oral communication skills - Critical and logical thinking skills Come join a team environment with colleagues who embrace a "work hard, play harder" culture.
