**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during the estimating process
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients in a timely manner
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids for accuracy and completeness
- Provide support to project teams during the construction phase as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of plumbing or mechanical systems and construction processes

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
