**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Procure materials and supplies necessary for production in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Utilize MRP systems to forecast material needs and streamline procurement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand supply chain requirements and ensure alignment with production schedules.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information within SAP or other procurement systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain processes.
- Experience with SAP or similar procurement software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: $48,316.91-$70,000.00 per year
