En collaboration avec la coordonnatrice aux offres de services, la responsable des communications et les architectes associés principaux, la personne aura pour tâche principale de préparer et de rédiger des offres de services en réponse à des appels d’offres publics et privés pour des services professionnels en architecture.

Tâches et responsabilités
Procéder à la veille des appels d’offres sur les moteurs de recherche (SEAO, MerX, Achats et ventes, etc.) en l’absence de la coordonnatrice aux offres de services
En collaboration avec la coordonnatrice des offres de services, assurer l’ensemble du processus de la réalisation d’offres de services, de la lecture de la documentation du donneur d’ouvrage à la livraison : planification, coordination et rédaction du contenu, gestion des documents, révision linguistique, assemblage final et dépôt
Rédiger et mettre à jour les CVs des employés
Effectuer des tâches administratives et de classement de façon rigoureuse
Appuyer la responsable des communications dans la recherche d’informations sur les projets en cours, dans la rédaction de contenu et dans la traduction de texte en anglais
Participer à l’amélioration des pratiques internes et à la mise à jour de documents

Profil recherché
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en rédaction
Autonomie et sens de l’initiative
Flexibilité et bonne capacité d’adaptation
Facilité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés
Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail

Compétences recherchées et exigences
Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires (baccalauréat et/ou maîtrise) en architecture, lettres, communications, marketing, journalisme, sciences sociales ou autre domaine connexe jugé pertinent
Posséder un minimum de 3 années d’expérience pertinente
Expérience en traduction et en rédaction en anglais
Bonne connaissance du milieu de l’architecture et de la construction (atout majeur)
Excellente maîtrise du français parlé et écrit
Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit
Maîtrise avancée des logiciels Microsoft Word et Excel
Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office 365
Connaissance de la suite Adobe (principalement Adobe InDesign)
