**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automotive Subprime Finance Manager at The Auto Approval. The position is located in Ottawa, ON, with the possibility of some remote work.

Since this is a hybrid position, the Finance Manager will be responsible of the whole sales process from A to Z, from finding the right vehicle to closing the finance file.
- Asses customer creditworthiness and secure the right financing options for him.
- Work with a network of lenders to obtain the best loan options for customers with less-than-perfect credit histories.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with financial institutions to ensure competitive rates and approval.
- Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations related to automotive financing.
- Maintain and manage loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide customers with clear and detailed explanations of financing options, terms and warranties.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, lender programs, and changing regulations affecting subprime lending

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year in car sales is a must.
- French is preferred
- Automotive Prime/Subprime financing experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Experience with credit analysis and underwriting is a plus
